This Classic Car Requirements Contract („Contract”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below („Effective Date”), by and between the car owner and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the car owner owns a classic car that meets the requirements for registration as a classic car in the state of Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has established certain requirements for the registration and operation of classic cars within the state;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the car owner and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation agree as follows:
1. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: The car owner shall comply with all registration requirements set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for classic cars, including but not limited to providing proof of ownership, vehicle inspection, and payment of applicable registration fees.
2. INSURANCE: The car owner shall maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage for the classic car as required by Pennsylvania law.
3. OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS: The car owner shall comply with any operational restrictions imposed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for classic cars, including but not limited to mileage limitations and use for personal use only.
